Much has been written about Chef Vineet Bhatia and his passion for his craft and his generosity. Many who have tried the cuisine of this Michelin-starred chef of Indian descent, agree that he is more than just a cuisinier – rather a master of his kitchen, having tried and tested all possible cooking techniques, bringing to the table only the highest quality dishes with a subtle hint of Indian spices. It is no wonder that he is the first Indian chef to be awarded the Michelin star for his UK restaurant, Rasoi. Just recently, he was awarded another Michelin-star for his restaurant in Switzerland, Rasoi by Vineet. This makes him only the second British chef to hold Michelin-stars in more than one country.
